Who We Are

Workforce Extensions North Adelaide Health is an owner-operated Healthcare Recruitment Agency run by two registered nurses with nearly 30 years of experience, Marie Caperna and Michelle Majder.

Introducing NDIS Care

We are excited to introduce our newest arm of our business - NDIS Care. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care in this much needed area. We have access to a brand-new respite and day option facility in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide called SA Respite and Day Option, where our staff will be delivering high level care that can be transferred to the participant's home following respite.

    Our Team

    Michelle Majder
    Director
    Michelle is dedicated to providing high quality health care services. Michelle brings twenty nine years of critical and emergency care experience, community nursing, and nurse education to the health care profession. Michelle has been teaching in a range of universities across Australia, supporting students to bring the highest standard of care to patients in the community, hospitals and aged care facilities.
    Michelle has an interest in maintaining legal standards and policies within the health care environment. Michelle has a Bachelor of Nursing, Masters of Clinical Education, Masters of Medical and Health Law and has completed a post graduate program in Intensive Care.

    Marie is a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years experience. She has worked clinically within the acute care settings including in ICU and various medical and surgical units. She advanced to a Level 3 Stomal Therapist and Wound Specialist nurse and later a Level 3 Nurse Educator of post graduate nurses in a major SA Health hospital. Marie is also a Lecturer and Clinical Facilitator in a number of universities and RTO’s across Australia, supporting both undergraduate and post graduate nursing students within the classroom and field placements in primary health, mental health, acute and aged care settings. Marie has completed the Bachelor of Nursing, Masters of Clinical Education, Graduate Diploma of Health and Medical Law, Graduate Certificate in Wound and Stomal Therapy and TAE. Marie’s aim is to provide exceptional care personally and via staff that represent her, so they too can look after your family, like they are her own.

    Office Manager
    Jake has been part of Workforce Extensions North Adelaide Health since 2021 and now serves as an Office Manager, delivering the highest quality of service to clients across community, aged care, and government sectors. With a strong background in commerce and accounting, Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in finance. Currently, Jake is furthering his expertise by undertaking the Certified Public Accountant program and plans to pursue an MBA in the coming years to enhance leadership and strategic financial management skills.

    Office Manager
    Jake has been part of Workforce Extensions North Adelaide Health since 2021 and now serves as an Office Manager, delivering the highest quality of service to clients across community, aged care, and government sectors. With a strong background in commerce and accounting, Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in finance. Currently, Jake is furthering his expertise by undertaking the Certified Public Accountant program and plans to pursue an MBA in the coming years to enhance leadership and strategic financial management skills.

    Temp Staffing Services
    For our clients who require short-term solutions, North Adelaide Health provide an in-depth temp staffing service and fill assignments from one week to six months. This is a great way to assist with annual leave, sick leave or maternity leave.
    We have a database of division 1 nurses, division 2 endorsed nurses, personal care attendants (PCA), as well as highly skilled facility managers, clinical care coordinators, administration, reception staff and more.
    Education and Training Services
    We also offer comprehensive education and training services for Aged Care and medical service providers to ensure that staff remain competent, confident and compliant with industry standards and best practices. Our training services are aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and are carefully structured for the needs of your staff across a half-day training block consisting of both classroom-style learning and interactive demonstrations.
