Waste Picker - Quarry (Entry Level)

Location: Hampton Park, VIC
Pay Rate: $33 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (some flexibility available)
Job Type: Casual (Full-Time Hours)

Are you looking for a hands-on role with stable hours? We are seeking a Waste Picker to join our team at a quarry in Hampton Park. This is a casual role with full-time hours, offering competitive pay and a secure, undercover working environment. At this stage the role will be running from the 21st-24th and then ongoing once the plant is up and running 100% which will occur over the following week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting and collecting waste materials from the quarry site
• Ensuring recyclable and non-recyclable materials are disposed of correctly
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
• Assisting with general labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For:

• No experience necessary - just a good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a physical, hands-on role
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Own transport is preferred due to site location
