Warehouse QA Inspector

Workforce Extensions Footscray, our valued client is seeking a professional and quality focused Warehouse QA Inspector to join their growing team.

An innovative and developing business our client, which is a leading Australian manufacturer of Injection Moulding based in Sunshine West. This exciting opportunity will be on dayshift. Monday - Friday 6.00am-2.30pm, for a highly motivated Warehouse QA Inspector, to become an integral part of the team. You must be available to work, Monday to Friday and Saturday as required. This is a Temp to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Your Tasks Will Include:

• Complete NCR's by obtaining necessary information from production, other departments & suppliers.
• Liaise with Engineering and Quality Supervisor on quality standards of all product range and suppliers.
• Responsible for the quality of all items either manufactured in-house or
• by subcontractors.
• Ensure information on production orders are accurate and enter data in ERP to complete production orders.
• Ensure information on purchase receivals are accurate and enter data in ERP to
• complete purchase order.
• Perform supplier QA audit as required.
• Maintain inspection area and quarantine area to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check supplier operations at their place or on-site.
• Inspect all products for conformity against drawings or internal standards.
• Write supplier performance reports.
• Write NCR's and distribute accordingly.
• Responsible for the quality of all items either manufactured in-house or by subcontractors.
• Ensure that items quantities match orders.
• Enter details of received or despatched delivery slips, requisitions and invoices into computers.
• Data entry of KPI's and associated quality information.
• Relieve machine operators when absent due to meal breaks, training or sickness.
