Vet Trainers And Assessors Need

THE ROLE

We are seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Trainers and Assessors to join the team, whose role will be critical role critical in bringing to life one of the Company's objectives of delivering an impeccable learning experience to its students by providing the highest level of customer service and support.

These are Contract Trainers and Assessors roles in the following qualifications that allow the successful applicant flexibility and balance:

CHC33021- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disabilities)

Short Course Teacher -

HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support (BELS)

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (supersedes HLTAID003)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging classes to all students,

Ensure that the students are meeting their course progress and attendance requirements,

Assist to facilitate work placement opportunities for students

Ensure that all assessments are marked in accordance with our policies and procedures

Provide an friendly, student centric environment,

ABOUT YOU

You are a natural people person and find the experience of being able to help others as fulfilling. You display a positive energy coupled with a can-do attitude and take pride in ensuring your work is completed on time and to a high standard. You will be highly organised and proactive individual who can communicate professionally and respectfully to students from a diverse background.

Chinese & English Speaker Prefer

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must hold the current qualifications in the relevant discipline,

Must have the current TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment,

Must have recent industry experience in the relevant sector, like RNs in aged care

Be able to demonstrate ongoing professional development in the chosen sector,

Current Working with Childrens and Police Check is required,

Previous experience in a similar role in the international education sector,

Demonstrated knowledge of the CRICOS requirements, National Code and the ESOS Act.
