Responsibilities

• Attending to customer's travel requirements
• Liaising with wholesalers to obtain quotations
• Arranging itineraries and bookings for customer's travels
• General office administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales travel and customer service
• Prior experience as a travel consultant
• Certificate 2 or 3 in Tourism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well in a team and individually
• Knowledge of travel industry products and destinations
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
