We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician for a well-established company servicing one of the fast-food global leaders. If you have a trade background with Electrical or Mechanical Services, then we want to talk to you.
Role:
As part of the role you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot, repair, install and service of beverage equipment
- Conduct routine service visits and perform scheduled maintenance
- Assist with new installations and commissioning of capital equipment on new and existing sites
- Interface directly with our Clients to identify opportunities for service, maintenance, or product upgrade
- Be prepared to travel and understand the demands of the service industry, in particular the nature of the food & beverage industry
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Trade Qualifications or relevant industry experience
- Previous experience working in food & beverage, manufacturing, or packaging industries is an advantage but not essential
- Thorough understanding of what is involved in a service technicians' role with the expectation that travel will be required both inside and outside of normal working hours.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to consult to your clients on technical issues
- Ability to problem solve and conduct complex troubleshooting tasks
- Honest and reliable in all facets of your work
