The Role:

Workforce Extensions are looking for experience RN's, EN's, Carers, Cleaners and Chef's with opportunities for either local or remote work within Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities and Community work. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

About you:

Successful candidates will have a passion for providing a high level of care within Hospitals, Community or Aged Care, and will possess the following:

• Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration with no restrictions (Nurses only)
• Current National Police Check
• Up to date Covid and Flu Vaccine. (Minimum 3 Covid shots. And annual flu shot.)
• Prof of your rights to work in Australia. (AUS passport/birth certificates, or foreign passport with your AUS visa.)
• DHS work with Children.
• First Aid Certification (Nurses and PCA's only)
• BLS: Provide basic emergency life support. (Nurses and PCA's only)
• Hand Hygiene
• Manual Handling
• NDIS screening & orientation

Success candidates needs to obtain the following requirements:

• Experience in providing personal care to clients in a healthcare setting.
• Good knowledge of aged care, disability care practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
