Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer

Workforce Extensions is excited to partner with Chief Group to find an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to join their talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and on-budget project delivery.
• Lead and collaborate with project teams, including contractors and external consultants, to meet project objectives.
• Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, quotations, and contract documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-performance delivery.
• Handle client and stakeholder inquiries and maintain strong working relationships.
• Promote and ensure adherence to safe work practices and company policies.
• Contribute to client negotiations and project progress reporting.
• Conduct environmental research and address related considerations.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Civil Construction.
• Solid experience in civil projects, preferably in Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong administrative skills and a proactive approach.
• A current driver's license.
