We at Workforce Extensions are proud to be supporting Chief Group in seeking to appoint an experienced Project Administrator to join their team based at Bacchus Marsh.
Typical responsibilities will include;
- Organise for Site Compound Compliance posters, forms, documents, and key registers to be available upon mobilisation of the site and ensure they remain topped up throughout the project
- Organise meetings, take notes, and file all meeting minutes
- Record all Social Procurement data required by the project
- Maintain induction registers and data collection and filing of all daily shift reports
- Ensure all training records remain up to date and refresher training is conducted when required
- Comply with all site safety & environmental rules when on site
- Assist Engineers with data collection, record keeping, and filing of quality related data
- Assist HSE Manager or Advisors to ensure all HSE data / registers are up to date and filed correctly
- Where required, undertake training and be a Fire Warden of the site
- Monitor and record HSE data for monthly reporting
- Assist the HSE Manager or Advisors with note taking during any incident or testing on site
About you

- Previous experience working on civil projects
- Exceptional prioritisation and organisational skills, including working to strict deadlines
- Strong HSE knowledge
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work manage own workloads
- Strong administrative skills
- Current drivers' licence
