Workforce Extensions Geelong are seeking a part time Payroll/Accounts Officer to commence with one of our valued clients for a period of approximately 4-5 months.
This part time role will involve working 2-3 days per week (Wednesday is mandatory for payroll purposes) with flexibility on offer.
Primary duties of the role include:
- Payroll processing (40 staff)
- Data entry
- Accounts reconciliation and payments to creditors
- Accounts receivable, including, credit checks and debt collection
- Daily bank reconciliations
- General administrative duties as required
- Supporting the company director and business manager as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A solid understanding of payroll and accounts payable/ receivable processes
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting program along with MS Office
- An ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Excellent organisational & time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- A high level of discretion and sensitivity
