Join one of Perth's family owned and operated fire protection and maintenance businesses located in Rivervale. In this role you will be the support person in this small, busy family orientated company who are now looking to bring in an administrator who will stay with the business and be part of a close knit team.

The Role:

This is a role where you will be working with manual systems, excel will be your best friend and you will be able to assist with AP and AR duties, bookkeeping skills will be highly regarded.

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable/Operations Administration Support
  • Administration function, Purchase orders, invoicing, collating information onto spreadsheets, filing. supplier and client support
  • New supplier application coordinating
  • Office tasks, answering main phone line, banking, petty cash, meet and greet customers on occasion

The Person:

As the ideal candidate you will have at least 2+ years' experience in either an industrial or engineering services business and be happy working in a professional blue-collar environment. You will need to be an Australian resident, be well organised, confident with a friendly personality who is comfortable working in a small team.
