Key Responsibilities:

The right candidate for this position will repair and service trailers, horse floats and caravans while providing expert assistance with sales in the store and over the phone.

• Perform routine servicing and repair tasks on a variety of vehicles.
• Install and fit a variety of after-market vehicle accessories
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
• Provide expert assistance in sales and spare parts, both in-store and over the phone.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a mechanic with relevant qualifications (experience in trailers, horse floats and caravans necessary)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in computer operations with strong communication skills.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
