Marketing Specialist

A well-established ELICOS school, with 24 years of history, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team. Located in Melbourne CBD.

Permanent position, ASAP start.

Main duties include:

 Advertising Planning and Campaign Management:

• Develop and organize advertising policies and campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed within the required timeframes and budget.

 Strategic Advice to Executives and Clients:

• Advise clients and company executives on the best advertising strategies to reach target markets.
• Focus on creating consumer awareness and promoting the unique attributes of products or services effectively.

 Campaign Production Coordination:

• Oversee the production of advertising campaigns, ensuring specialized activities (such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and television/film production) are executed properly.
• Ensure that all elements are completed on time and within budget constraints.

 Consumer Data Analysis:

• Analyse consumer behaviour and purchasing patterns to gain insights into market preferences.
• Use these insights to adjust and improve marketing strategies and campaigns.

 Trend Prediction and Market Research:

• Stay informed about current and future consumer trends to forecast market changes.
• Conduct market research to assess demand and market characteristics for new or existing products.

 Business Growth Support:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and objectives to support the growth and development of the business.
• Help identify new market opportunities and innovative solutions to drive business success.

 Commissioning Market Research:

• Coordinate and commission market research to better understand market opportunities, including potential demand for new or existing products.

 Marketing Strategy Advice:

• Provide expert advice on the various aspects of marketing, including product mix, pricing strategies, advertising methods, sales promotion techniques, selling strategies, and distribution channels.
