Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Gardener I Groundskeeper Leading Hand to lead our client and ensure the delivery of exceptional gardening and groundskeeping services. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in gardening and groundskeeping, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the groundskeeping business within the client's company
• Lead and supervise any seasonal grounds team assistants when required
• Plan and schedule gardening and groundskeeping services
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure efficient operations
• Develop and maintain horticulture plans and schedules
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain equipment and vehicles
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Parks and Gardens Certificate III
• At least 5 years' experience in the gardening and groundskeeping industry
• Extensive knowledge of gardening and groundskeeping practices
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current motor vehicle license
• Ability to pass a criminal history check
