About the Role:

Our client, a leading Aged Care provider in QLD, is looking for a dedicated night shift Registered Nurse on a full time basis. As a Registered nurse, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Co-ordination of client care needs, assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plans
• Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
• Providing support and supervision of Care Assistant team
• Liaising with clients and their families, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes

Role Requirements:

We are looking for a caring and supportive Registered Nurse, focused on making a positive impact on client's lives.

Successful applicants will possess the following:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Up to date Influenza and Covid vaccinations
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current CPR Certificate
• Night shift availability
• Willingness to learn and develop AN-ACC knowledge
• Sound clinical knowledge
