Front End Loader Operator

## Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Front End Loader Operator to join our team on the Whitehaven Vickery site. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a front end loader in a construction or industrial setting and will prioritize safety and efficiency in their work.

## Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front end loader to move and load materials such as dirt, gravel, and other construction materials
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating the equipment
  
• Perform routine maintenance on the front end loader and conduct pre and post operational checks
  
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  ## Qualifications
  
• Proven experience operating a front end loader in a construction or industrial environment
  
• Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery
  
• Have an Order 43 or willing to get one at own cost.
  
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  
  ## Day-to-day
  
• Operating the front end loader to move and load materials as required
  
• Conducting routine maintenance and checks on the equipment
  
• Communicating with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety
  
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area for safe operations
  
  ## Benefits
