Extrusion Blow Moulding Operator

Workforce Extensions Footscray, our valued client is seeking a professional and quality focused Extrusion Blow Moulding Operator to join their growing team.

An innovative and developing business our client, which is a leading Australian manufacturer of Extrusion Blow Moulding based in Moorabbin East. These exciting opportunities will be on Day, Afternoon and Night shift. Monday - Friday, for a highly motivated Extrusion Blow Moulding Operator, to become an integral part of the team. You must be available to work, Monday to Friday and Saturday as required. This is a Temp to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Your Tasks Will Include:

• Machine Operation: Operate plastic extrusion machinery efficiently and safely.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper extrusion of plastic materials.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize extrusion processes and troubleshoot any issues.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a machine operator with plastic blown film extrusion is essential.
• Physical - Must be able to lift 25kg.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with machinery, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with a keen eye for detail to maintain product quality.
• Safety Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
