Extruder Operators

Full time day and afternoon shift positions (Monday to Friday) available for a reliable and committed individuals seeking long term employment.

On behalf of our long term and valued client we are currently seeking experienced Extruder Operators for full time permanent positions on both day and afternoon shifts based in Geelong.

These positions will involve working Monday to Friday with day shift hours of 7am-3:30pm and afternoon shift of 3pm-11:30pm. Overtime is also available at various times.

As an experienced machine operator you will be responsible for ensuring that extruders are appropriately set up to maintain safe and effective operation along with focussing on quality and safety at all times.

In addition, we are seeking applicants with the following skills, attributes and abilities;

• Mechanical aptitude/problem solving skills
• Genuine commitment to full time working hours with strong reliability and punctuality
• An ability to work well in team environments
• Strong workplace initiative with the ability to take on new responsibilities
• Focus towards safety in the workplace
• Previous experience in physical roles
• Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
