About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Estimator. This position is based in our Yarraville office and is offered on a full-time basis. This offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation by accurately estimating project costs to assist with managing contracts throughout their lifecycle., this is the opportunity for you!

Skills and experience:

To be successful across these positions you will have the following certifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in estimating positions, ideally within the landscape construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction project management processes and contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Project.
