Based in Ballarat, our manufacture and install commercial and residential window systems to a broad customer base in a Victorian wide market. They use the finest materials and their dedicated team are focused on producing the highest quality outcomes for their clients.

As part of their 2024 growth plans WE at Workforce Extensions are proudly supporting team in seeking a dedicated and focussed Estimator to commence on a full-time permanent basis.

By joining a small but growing team the successful applicant will perform a wide variety of duties and be given the opportunity to establish a long term career role.

Day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to);

• Produce cost estimations for customers and stakeholders
• Support management with a range of administrative duties when required
• Producing and collating documentation for various jobs
• View tender documents and analyse plans to form quotes
• Responding to enquiries
• Ensuring a safe work practice in line with company policies and procedures
• Work individually and in a team environment

To be considered for this role we are hoping to speak with applicants who have the following skills, attributes and experience;

• Previous estimating experience - preferably from within a window/door manufacturing or building and construction environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have sound understanding of the manufacturing and fabrication process
• Possess a Very high attention to detail
• Be well organised with a good work ethic
• Can adapt to a changing work environment

In return the successful applicant will join a fun, high achieving and growing team on a full time basis. Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday with an attractive salary package to be discussed with the successful candidate based on previous experience.
