The Role
Join our dedicated team and provide high-quality, person-centered care to aged care residents. As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in enhancing residents' health and wellbeing under the guidance of an RN in various aged care facilities across southeast Melbourne, Bayside, the Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, and Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely administer medications and monitor residents' responses
- Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs
- Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility) while ensuring dignity
- Maintain accurate records of care and medication
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Perform basic wound care and assist with clinical procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for seamless care
- Follow all facility policies and aged care standards
- Communicate with families and update them on residents' wellbeing
- Engage in ongoing learning to enhance skills in aged care
