CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist | Immediate Start

• Immediate Start paying $50.82 per-hour.
• Monday - Thursday with 38 hrs week + OT + Super + Bonuses
• Strong safety culture, Opportunity for overtime and potential permanency

About the role

In this role you be responsible for the general operations of the CNC machines, including machine set up, operation, modifying existing programmes and creating new programmes as required. Ensuring components are quality controlled, machined correctly and fit for purpose.

Skills & Experience

Successful applicants will possess the following:

• Experience in an engineering environment or similar role
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with Vertical CNC Milling Machine or CNC lathe operations
• Experience in 2D programming
• Commitment to high safety standards
• Commitment to product quality and delivery
• Initiative with sound problem solving skills.
• Trade qualification in Engineering
