Clinical Facilitator

Workforce Extensions are currently seeking PEP Educators / Clinical Facilitators to work across metro, regional and rural New South Wales.

As a Workforce PEP / Clinical Facilitator you must have a minimum 5 years' RN experience with clinical recency within the last 12 months and a desire to mentor our undergraduate nurses.

About Us

Workforce Extensions North Adelaide Health is an accredited healthcare and education agency specialising in nursing placements across all types of healthcare facilities in varying roles. Our two directors are registered nurses with nearly 30 years of experience, along with 20 years in nurse education, and they take pride in maintaining a roster of only the highest quality staff.

The Role

We are looking to increase our team of RN Clinical Facilitators to guide and educate undergraduate students on their clinical placements within the whole NSW region for work commencing in early 2025.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in Australia as at Jan 2025.
• Clinical recency within the last 12 months.
• Availability to work for a full block of placements (2 - 4 week placements)
• Valid Australian work rights
• National Police Check and Working with Children Checks
• Currency with BLS and Manual Handling training- due 12 monthly
• Immunisation status as per NSW Health
• CDNM Clinical Facilitation Online module- can be completed prior to Jan 2025. (https://www.cdnm.edu.au/)
• Strong communication & documentation skills
