Cafe Staff

Front of House / Barista for New Geelong Cafe: Full-time (Assistant Manager), Part-time and Casual staff.

Opening in mid-October, is a new cafe aiming to bring some of Melbourne's best to the Geelong Cafe scene. Our client is in search of experienced Café staff that are fun and professional, community minded, excellent communicators, have barista experience, love coffee, and want to be a part of something new and exciting. They are committed to building a space and workplace culture that is positive, genuine, strives for quality, and generates a community around it.

Key responsibilities:

• Building and foster customer relationships
• Making excellent coffee
• POS
• Serving customers
• Delivering food and drink

Essential skills and experience:

• Excellent communicator
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Barista experience
• Weekend availability
