Who are Workforce Extensions?

Workforce Extensions are a local labour hire company who have been in the Tamworth area for more than 16 years, working in industries such as building and construction, local council, events and the mining sector. We assist our clients with employees for short term positions of a few hours, up to permanent placements.

What is this position?

We are looking for reliable bartenders to assist our clients in the Tamworth area with their events, and in their cafes and restaurants. This position will be causal and could be with one client or many clients.

This position may involve many aspects of the bartending role, from serving drinks from fridges to mixing cocktails, depending on the client. You will be sent to a job depending on your skill and experience level and their availability to train you on site.

What are the qualifications required?

You must have:

• a responsible service of alcohol licence (RSA).
• a responsible conduct of gambling licence (RCG) is preferrable but not essential.
• your own transport.

What are the requirements?

You must be:

• Reliable - If you accept a shift, you must attend it.
• Punctual - Be at your shift and back from breaks on time.
• An able communicator - you must have a passing knowledge of the english language and not be afraid to ask questions if needed. You will be speaking directly with customers in this role.
• Well dressed with good hygeine - Showering prior to you shift with your clothing in good condition.
• An Australian Citizen or have the right to work in Australia.
