Our office is looking for an Administration person to join our small and friendly team. Workforce Extensions Bendigo provides on-hire (labour-hire), security and to numerous businesses in and around Bendigo.
Starting 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Fridays, the Admin role will focus on payroll with general office duties. It is expected that you will be available for annual leave coverage during the year. providing full time hours as necessary at these times.
Once you have payroll under control, additional responsibilities will be allocated, including:
* Preparing quotes for clients
* Consultant duties
* Rostering and scheduling
* Calling and visiting clients
* Finding candidates, conducting interviews etc.
You will need previous administration experience. Experience in recruitment would be looked upon favourably.
Paid under the Award - Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010 MA000002 and National Employment Standards in the Fair Work Act 2009.
