### Overview
We are seeking a vibrant and proactive Administration All-Rounder. This role encompasses various responsibilities including sales support, customer service, marketing, and basic invoicing duties. The ideal candidate would possess a broad skill set and be eager to learn new tasks. A strong command of written and spoken English is a must.
### Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales-related activities
- Engage in customer service by handling calls and tracking case progress
- Develop marketing content and distribute it across various social media platforms
- Assist with invoicing tasks as needed
### Qualifications
- At least 3 years in a customer service, marketing or sales role is essential.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
### Day-to-Day
- Use Salesforce to manage sales data and customer interactions
- Answer customer calls and update case progress in the system
- Create and publish marketing content on social media using platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- Assist with basic invoicing duties as needed
