Accounts Payable/Receivable (Manufacturing Business)

The Company:

Well established swimming pool business located North of the River with over 30 years manufacturing Perths swimming pool covers and accessories supporting the residential and commercial sectors.

The Role:

This is a role where you will be helping a small accounts team through the busiest time of the year. There is a view for the successful applicant to start off casual and then look to go fulltime. Your primary function will focus on both AP and AR accounting disciplines with accounting administration duties thrown as well.

• Enter invoices and credits onto accounting software
• Collect and allocate payments
• Resolve payment discrepancies
• Month end reconciliations
• Business activity statement preparation
• MUST have MYOB and ideally Pronto

The Person:

As the ideal candidate you will need to be comfortable working in a very small team and enjoy working across all accounting support practises. Being a manufacturing business, this is a fast paced working environment. Ideally you will have a confident and friendly personality who is able to communicate with various levels of internal and external personnel.
