    Justin started his career in the recruitment industry in 2005, holding a diploma in Business and an Advanced Diploma in HR. He has an extensive background in Business Development, Employment Consulting, HR Management, and Executive Recruitment. His vast knowledge and expertise has been instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, forging partnerships and expanding businesses across Victoria. Justin is a strong advocate for mental health awareness, serving as a host for MR Perfect Men’s Mental Health and as a board member for Voice FM. Beyond his professional pursuits, Justin is an active sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing cricket and football and has completed multiple marathons. This reflects his perseverance and goal-oriented mindset, further enhancing his ability to connect with both clients and candidates.
