This role focuses exclusively on aged care clients and includes personal care, household support, and social assistance. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule while ensuring availability for both pre-scheduled and short-notice shifts.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential requirements:

✅ Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
✅ QLD Driver's License & reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
✅ Up-to-date vaccinations (2024 Flu & 3 doses of COVID-19)
✅ NDIS Clearance, WWC Clearance & National Police Check
✅ Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Right to work in Australia & two recent industry references

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Community Support Worker, you will:

• Provide personal care (ADLs) - showering, dressing, mobility support.
• Assist with household chores & cleaning - washing, ironing, vacuuming, dusting, meal preparation and cooking.
• Offer social support - accompany clients to appointments and shopping.
• Maintain compliance & documentation per Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Be available for shifts at short notice as well as pre-scheduled assignments.
