With a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by businesses, Howard offers a unique perspective from the viewpoint of managers, employees, suppliers, and customers. Over the last 12 years Howard has managed businesses in the Vocational Training sector. Howard is a registered Justice of the Peace (JP), providing document witnessing and certification services to the broader community both during and outside business hours. With a strong passion for people, Howard is dedicated to growing new and existing business for local and national clients. Howard’s strength is listening to his clients to gain an understanding of their various roles.

During his tenure in Hong Kong, Rodger was involved in numerous large-scale mergers and acquisitions and managed a wholly-owned subsidiary in the labour sector. He possesses rich experience in personnel management and HR, complemented by an extensive network and channels for labour outsourcing in the Asia-Pacific region.
