Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Casual Chefs to join one of clients in Horsham, delivering nutritious, delicious meals to aged care residents. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals tailored to residents' dietary needs, including texture-modified diets.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with aged care staff to meet individual dietary requirements and preferences.
- Ability to work independently performing various kitchen tasks
- Delivering excellent customer service to enhance residents' dining experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Requirements:

Holds a Trade qualification in hospitality or similar

Up to date vaccination history (2024 Flu Vaccination & Covid 19 Vaccination, 3 doses)

Holds a valid employment Police Check

Previous experience in aged care or catering is advantage but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
